Egadi Islands face to the west coast of Sicily: its three islands, Favignana, Marettimo and Levanzo are the destination for a cruise in Sicily alternative to more traditional Aeolian Islands.
Favignana is the largest of three islands and has a unique town, where you can take a trip on the streets or sip a coffee in the bar.
Favignana is also famous for the slaughter of tuna fishes that is conducted in the months between April and July.
Marettimo has a jagged coastline and cliffs overlooking the sea, dominated by a castle on top of the island.
Levanzo is the smallest among the three islands.
It is very old and there are evidences of early human settlements to Egadi such as paintings in caves dating back to prehistoric times. 
The other two smaller islands, Formica and Maraone, are extremely small, but at the same time naturalistically splendid and characteristics.
Traces of ancient human installations are mainly had to Levanzo and in smaller measure to Favignana.

Corsica is an island with little towns, where nature, sea, land and environment conserve a real still wild and primitive aspect.
